Use setuptools to install python files

Now, to reference mininet files, use 'import mininet.mininet'.

PYTHONPATH mods are no longer required for installation.

Minor tweaks and corrections.
Added commentary on control network to mininet.py.
Hopefully fixed linearbandwidth.py for real.
