Profile

PhD Student at Information and Communication Technology Doctoral School, University of Trento, Italy

As first-year PhD student in Computer science I am affiliated to the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science (DISI) at the University of Trento, from which I received my Master degrees in Computer Science in 2017. I am mostly interested in routing, graph analysis and network algorithms. Recently, I carried out a deep study on blockchain technology.
I hope that my research contribution would help the growth of Community Networks, thus promoting a free, neutral and fair network access. I suggest to take a look at the netCommons Project.

Beside academy...

I do not love only computer networks! Topics of interest comprise, but are not limited to singing, playing the piano and sport activities; I especially enjoy soccer, running, waterpolo and trips in the Alps with my Mountain Bike.
Among my loves there is for sure Italy, with its landscapes, culture, foods and people!

Here I put some links to slides and and other resources which I consider useful and inspiring.

An introduction to blockchain and bitcoin in "slides" format, inspired by the linked MUST-WATCH video on youtube.

The presentation I did at the Italian Networking Workshop 2018 about one of the latest work done with our research group. We developed a distributed algorithm for the computation of Load Centrality. The related paper has been published at INFOCOM2018.
